Facial descriptors and photos created from scanning or uploading images. Names assigned to registered faces. Face scan photos By continuing, you acknowledge that your enrolled face data may be used for matching purposes, and that photos may be saved as part of Sky Face's research records. 2. Data Retention & Deletion Authority Data Retention: Images taken from scanning faces and associated face data may be saved and retained for as long as Sky Technologies wishes. Administrative Control: Only platform administrators have the authority and ability to delete registered faces from the system. 3. Opt-In and Opt-Out Policy General Opt-In: Once you opt in, you cannot opt out of data retention or matching. Minors Under 18 Exception: If the face added belongs to someone under the age of 18, you may request to opt out by asking an admin to delete the face. Deletion Refusal: Face data for minors might not be deleted if security reasons are involved. Sky Technologies also reserves the right to refuse to delete any face without providing a reason. 4. Camera Access Sky Face requests camera access to perform live facial recognition. You may manage camera permissions through your device settings. 5. AI Recognition & Limitations Recognition results are generated using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate. Users are responsible for verifying results before relying on them. 6. Third-Party Actions Sky Technologies is not responsible for any actions, decisions, penalties, restrictions, disciplinary measures, losses, or consequences imposed by individuals, employers, businesses, schools, universities, educational institutions, organizations, or any other third party arising from your use or misuse of the Platform. 7. Intellectual Property All software, code, designs, graphics, logos, databases, documentation, and other Platform content are the exclusive property of Sky Technologies. Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited. 8. Service Availability The Platform may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. 9. Use the Platform for harassment, stalking, surveillance, or intimidation. Upload content you do not have permission to use. Attempt to bypass security or misuse the Platform. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of Sky Face. 2. User Acknowledgement & Data Ownership You are solely responsible for how you use Sky Face, for any decisions made based on Platform outputs, and for any content you upload. By continuing, you acknowledge and agree that: Enrolled face data may be used for matching and saved in research records indefinitely. Images taken from face scans may be retained for as long as the platform requires. 3. Face Deletion & Minor Opt-Out Rules Only platform admins can perform face deletions. While individuals under the age of 18 may request face deletion via an admin, Sky Technologies reserves the right to refuse deletion due to security considerations or at its sole discretion without giving any reason. 4. Account Suspension & Termination Sky Technologies may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice. 5. Limitation of Liability Sky Technologies is not responsible for misuse of the Platform, inaccurate recognition results, user actions, uploaded content, data retention decisions, third-party actions, or any damages arising from the use of the Platform. 6. Changes to Terms Sky Technologies may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
